Tideglass: Color Sort is a single-player puzzle game published by World Seed, LLC. No game account is required. This policy covers local game data, optional purchases, advertising, and support.
Progress on your device
Puzzles in progress, undo history, completed levels, best move counts, and sound and motion preferences are saved locally. We do not upload your puzzle moves or scores to our own server. Device backups may include this information. Deleting the app removes its local data; manage existing backups separately.
Optional purchases
Apple processes payments. RevenueCat validates purchase receipts, restores access, and provides purchase reporting. It processes purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates, store country and currency, app and platform details, and an anonymous app identifier. We do not supply your name, email, game progress, or payment-card details to RevenueCat. Purchase information is used for app functionality, fraud prevention, and analytics. A purchase is not linked by us to a named game account.
See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy. Deleting the app does not delete Apple transaction records or automatically erase purchase-service records. Contact us for help with an applicable data request.
Advertising
Google AdMob supplies optional rewarded videos and occasional ads between levels. The app requests non-personalized contextual ads, disables the publisher first-party identifier, and does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization. The game remains playable if an ad is unavailable or you decline an optional video.
Contextual ads still involve data processing. Google may receive your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, app- or device-bounded identifiers, advertising views and interactions, product interactions, crash logs, and performance information. These support ad delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and diagnostics. We do not send your purchase history to Google for advertising.
The Google consent form appears where required. You can revisit available choices through Settings > Advertising privacy. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.
Support and your choices
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your request and resolve the issue. Please avoid sending passwords, financial details, or unnecessary personal information.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information, depending on your location. Contact tea.x.random@gmail.com. We may ask for information necessary to locate the relevant record and verify the request. We retain support and service records only as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations; Apple and Google manage their records under their own policies.
Children, security, and international processing
This is a general-audience game, not a service directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can address it.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, subject to their applicable safeguards and policies.
Changes and contact
We will update the date on this page when this policy changes. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to World Seed, LLC at tea.x.random@gmail.com.
