How do I start?
Open Today to check in or watch a movement demonstration. Routines includes the available demos and guided pauses. Stay within a comfortable range; you can pause or stop at any time.
Does a check-in count as exercise?
A check-in records how you feel, including rest days. It contributes to your weekly check-in goal. Watching a video or checking in does not record a completed practice session.
How do I change reminders?
Open the reminder control on Today or the reminder setting in Journal. Choose a time or switch reminders off. Notification permission is optional and can also be changed in iPhone Settings.
Where are my photos and notes?
Your photo journal, notes, check-ins, and practice history stay in the app on your device. Photos are optional. Images are processed on your device, and Forme does not upload them to us or to an AI service. They may be included in your normal device backup.
How do I delete my data?
In Journal, use Clear history to delete practice history and check-ins. In Photos, delete individual photos or use Clear all photos to remove the photo journal. These are separate controls. Deleting the app removes its local data; manage existing backups separately in your Apple settings.
Are the exercises proven to reduce face fat?
No. Facial exercise research is small and limited, and does not establish targeted facial fat loss or guaranteed cosmetic results. Forme is a general self-care app, not medical treatment. The app includes source links and identifies AI-generated demonstrations. Muscle guides are illustrations, not measurements of muscle activation.
A video is silent or something is not working.
The sound button controls demonstration audio. Voice-only and silent preferences start music-only demos muted. Try closing and reopening the app, and check for an update. If the issue continues, email support with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce it. Please do not send private photos unless necessary for your request.
